Mobile service businesses often need to explain where they work before a customer gets in touch.
That might be a map on your website, a quick note on a social profile, or a simple visual you can send when someone asks, “Do you come out this far?”
MobiFlex now has a free public Service Area Map Generator to help with that.
What changed
You can create a service area map without signing in to MobiFlex.
Start from a list of suburbs or postcodes, upload a CSV or XLSX file, or choose Draw and click directly on the map to create the boundary yourself.
The tool turns that input into a simple map preview, then gives you starter text you can use beside the map on your website: alt text, a caption, a service area paragraph, and a small HTML snippet.
Why it matters
Customers should not have to guess whether you cover their area.
A clear service area map can help mobile mechanics, caravan servicing businesses, pet groomers, cleaners, and other mobile operators explain where they travel without listing every suburb manually.
It also turns a rough working list into something you can reuse publicly.
Where to find it
Go to Service Area Map Generator.
Choose Use list if you already have suburbs or postcodes. Choose Draw if you want to create the area directly on the map.
Good to know
- The tool is free and public.
- You do not need a MobiFlex account to use it.
- Uploaded files are processed in your browser.
- To place listed areas on the map, only area names and row counts are sent.
- The map is a guide to your general service area, not a legal boundary.
Try it
Paste a few suburbs, upload a simple service-area spreadsheet, or draw the area yourself.
